I bought a tool that had a manufacturer rebate, and in my experience, Acme made the whole thing easy. The rebate forms were simple to find, I sent everything in, and I ended up getting my rebate without any hassle. I was happy with how smoothly it went.

The box arrived in great shape with no dents or damage. I’ve had packages show up beat up before, so I was glad to see this one was packed nice and safe...

I accidentally ordered the wrong tool and had to exchange it, but the whole process was really easy. Support got back to me quickly, and the replacement showed up without any issues. I think other customers would appreciate how straightforward it was too. I’d definitely use Acme Tools again

I went over to acmetools.com because I saw a promo and thought, okay, maybe this is a good time to grab what I needed. The site itself was fine, no big issues there, but once I got to checkout the discount situation started feeling a little less straightforward than I expected.
One promo code wouldn’t apply to the item I actually wanted, and then another deal had some fine print that I didn’t catch until later. Maybe that’s on me a bit, but it still felt like the savings looked better upfront than they ended up being in the cart, which was kind of annoying because that was the whole reason I was ordering.

Shipping was okay and everything worked like it should, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. I just probably wouldn’t rush back unless the promos are clearer next time, because I don’t really want to play guessing games with discounts when I’m just trying to buy something.

I ordered a bit kit since the website said it was available, thought I’d have it in time for a job that week.
